O’Three was founded by Sean Webb in the summer of 1989.

 

“The Mother and Father of Weymouth diving, the living legend, and one of the world’s original diving divas, Joy Parry and the great late Ron Parry, have always been inspirational figures to Sean, who worked for them and their two son’s Ian and Kevin for several years at Sub Aquatics (Parry’s).

 

Kevin later joined O’Three and helped build on the foundations that had been laid.  Kevin stepped down as a director in 2006.

 

Later that year, Marcus Darler came on board and was instrumental in O’Three’s move to its new purpose built facility situated at the very heart of Portland’s Osprey Quay, home of the 2012 Olympic Games, and sheltered under the lea of Dorsets Jurassic coast landmark, Chesil Beach.

 

With its dedicated team, O’Three has grown into a respected Drysuit and Wetsuit manufacturer and is an established market leader, putting neoprene innovation and service at the core of its business.

 

With the addition of world leading brand names, with more to follow, O’Three will enhance its already established brand and business ethic and will continue to provide a unique environment, where attention to detail, service and enthusiasm are the order of the day.
